Integrity of the ballot&lt;br /&gt;Multiple votes are possible (i.e. Freshman can vote at both Turlington and the Reitz, and no one would find out until after the election.) could be addressed with identification system&lt;br /&gt;Ballots may be compromised&lt;br /&gt;- Stray marks/folds that make it difficult to determine the intent of the voter&lt;br /&gt;- Damaged ballots&lt;br /&gt;- Possible ballot stuffing&lt;br /&gt;2. Accessibility of the poll&lt;br /&gt;Must vote at limited designated polling locations&lt;br /&gt;(i.e. Business Students can only vote at Matherly)&lt;br /&gt;3. Participation in the process&lt;br /&gt;5% to 10% of students vote in fall elections&lt;br /&gt;10% to 20% of students vote in spring elections&lt;br /&gt;4. Associated costs&lt;br /&gt;Recurring Costs ~ $20,000 to $40,000+&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Electronic Ballot System&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Integrity of the ballot&lt;br /&gt;Multiple votes are possible, could be addressed with identification system&lt;br /&gt;Ballots are not as easily compromised&lt;br /&gt;2. Accessibility of the poll&lt;br /&gt;Must vote at limited designated polling locations&lt;br /&gt;3. Participation in the process&lt;br /&gt;5% to 10% of students vote in fall elections&lt;br /&gt;10% to 20% of students vote in spring elections&lt;br /&gt;- Similar to current turnout&lt;br /&gt;4. Accessibility of the poll&lt;br /&gt;May vote at any designated polling location&lt;br /&gt;- Accessibility increased&lt;br /&gt;3. Participation in the process&lt;br /&gt;Likely to increase due to higher accessibility and speed&lt;br /&gt;4. Associated costs&lt;br /&gt;Initial Costs ~ $8,000 to $10,000&lt;br /&gt;Recurring Costs ~ $10,300&lt;br /&gt;(This includes 10 polling locations with 2 pollworkers at each location)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Unsecured* Site Online Voting&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.
